Contractor Program Draw (rules)

Prize draw conditions:

  1. By entering this prize draw of James Hardie Building Products Ltd., participants unconditionally agree to accept and be bound by all terms of as set out in these conditions.
  2. Start date: April 15th 2008.
  3. Participation: all you need to do is to register (for free) to the James Hardie(R) Contractor Program. You will send then automatically enter the draw to win a £250 Amazon voucher. If you don't want to enter the draw, please send an email to program.uk@jameshardie.com.
  4. No purchase is required to enter the prize draw.
  5. At the end of the competition period, an independent draw will take place to pick the winner of the 250£ Amazon voucher. Within 2 weeks after the closing date the winner will be notified by email about his win and necessary arrangements will be made to award the prize. The name of the winner will also be displayed on the home page of the www.hardiepartner.com/uk portal.
  6. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.
  7. This competition is open to any UK contractor that will have registered to become a member of the James Hardie(R) Contractor Program UK (only one participant per contractor) and has been approved by a James Hardie(R) sales representative. All participants must be aged 18 or over. Employees, agents, affiliates, officers or directors of James Hardie Group of companies are explicitly excluded from this prize draw.
  8. James Hardie Building Products Ltd. expressly disclaims any responsibility and each participant hereby agrees to release and to hold James Hardie Building Products Ltd (and its respective employees, officers, directors and affiliates) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the prize or resulting from the delivery, acceptance and/or use of the prize awarded.
  9. James Hardie Building Products Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the prize draw.
  10. Closing date: May 15th 2008. Registrations after this date will not be taken into consideration.
